Cedar
Breaks National Monument is open every day of the year and visitors can enter
the park at any time. Winter weather dictates when roads & most visitor
facilities open and close. To see what is currently open and available at Cedar
Breaks. Comprised of 805 different species some native and some were breed.
Snow
begins accumulating in substantial amounts anywhere from late October to early
December and typically remains through late May and early June. Always plan and
prepare alternate routes in case of inclement weather. Winter recreational
activities begin once there is sufficient snow depth for c ross-country
ski, snowshoe, and snowmobile trails.
